Hospital Amenities and Guest Services

Parking

  • Valet Service: Mercy's valet parking service is available at The Weinberg Center, located at 227 St. Paul Place. Valet parking is also available at the Main Entrance to the Hospital, located at 345 St. Paul Place.
  • Self-Park: Mercy offers convenient parking in The Weinberg Garage for all patients and visitors. Access to the hospital and The Institute for Foot & Ankle Reconstruction is available by an above ground, all-weather bridge. Hourly fees apply.

Restaurant and Food Services

Eateries at Mercy

  • Corcoran Café in The Bunting Center, Main Lobby 
    Open 7 days a week,
    6:30 am – 8:00 pm; 12:00 am – 2:00 am

    Serving brick oven pizzas, calzones, strombolis, deli sandwiches and subs, soups, salads and more.


  • The Bistro in McAuley Tower, 6th Floor
    Open Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

    Serving entrees and sides, burgers, chicken, hot subs and fries as well as soups, salads, wraps, paninis and sushi.

  • The Coffee Kiosk in McAuley Plaza, Main Lobby
    Open Monday – Friday, 7:00 am - 2:00 pm     

    Serving gourmet coffee, sandwiches, fruit cups, cold beverages, yogurts, desserts and snacks.

  • Baggot Street Cafe in The Weinberg Center, Main Lobby
    Open Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 2:00 pm 

    Serving Starbucks Coffee, sandwiches, salads, cold beverages, yogurts, desserts, soups and snacks.

     

    Mercy is also neighbor to 5-star restaurants, quaint cafés, coffee shops and bistros offering a wide selection of dishes including local seafood specialties, international cuisine and traditional American favorites. Many of these restaurants are within a 10-minute walk from the hospital.

Gift Shop

  • Gift Shops are located in the both Lobbies of The Bunting Center and McAuley Plaza.

    Hours:  7:30 am – 9:00 pm, Monday – Friday; 9:00 am – 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday.

Pharmacy

  • Outpatient pharmacy prescriptions can be filled at NeighborCare Pharmacy, inside the lobby of the main hospital. It is open Monday through Saturday. You can reach NeighborCare Pharmacy at Mercy by calling 410-332-9255 or have your prescription faxed to 410-625-6213.

Visiting Hours

  • The Sisters of Mercy welcome patients and visitor to our hospital. We do ask visitors to stop at the Main Information Desk in the Front Lobby to pick up a room pass. Please be respectful of others in the hospital, as well as others who may also want to visit the patient you are coming to see.

    Hours vary by floor, so please check with the nursing staff or our front desk staff for visiting hours. General visiting hours are between 11am and 8:30 pm. Children must be at least 12 years old to visit patients on the floors.

Chapel Services

  • Mercy's Chapel is open to people of all faiths for prayer, meditation and quiet solitude. Mercy Chaplains are especially gifted in caring for the sick and those in need of their comfort.

    McAuley Chapel in McAuley Plaza (Main Chapel for Religious Ceremonies)

    Open 6:00 am - 8:30 pm

    Mass - 6:25 am daily; Weekdays at noon, Sundays at 6:25 am


    Services can be viewed on the in-house television station in the patient's room. Holy Communion is available to patients upon request.

Billing Services

  • If you have questions about your bill or need financial assistance, please contact our staff at 410-659-2808.

Pre-Admissions Testing

  • Please consult your Pre-Admission Packet, which you will receive in the mail prior to your surgery, for important information you need prior to your surgery. This will include a list of tests you must have before arriving at Mercy for surgery.

Phone and TV Services

  • Phone and TV services can be accessed by your nurse once you arrive in your patient room. There is a minimal charge for phone service and a separate charge for television service.

Reading Materials

  • Mercy Volunteers visit patient rooms with a magazine and book cart for patients to select their preferred reading material.
